It is a good idea to wear comfortable tennis shoes that you can march in. Also try to wear light-colored shorts and shirts, because we'll marching outside on the blacktop. Bring bottled water or gatorade to drink during breaks, but remember that you're only allowed drink water while inside the band room. Make sure to bring your instrument everyday along with your music.

On the last day of band camp we are planning to go to Six Flags New Orleans. On this day anyone with a season pass can bring a friend for ten dollars, so it should be easier for those without a season pass to go. We will find out how many people are interested in going to Six Flags sometime during the course of band camp, so be thinking about whether or not you want to go!
