Welcome to the Grace King High School band website. We are located at 4301 Grace King Place, Metairie, Louisiana. Our band director Lewis Jackson, presides over three different bands which students can particpate in, marching band, symphonic band, and Jazz ensemble.

The Grace King Band has won many awards and participated in many exciting events over the years. In 2000, the Marching band traveled on a trip to Campeche, Mexico to play in a local festival. We also participate in the Superintendents Festival each year. In the past three years, the band has been awarded two Superior ratings and one Excellent.
